HEMINGWAY COMPARING HIMSELF TO THE FISH
I found it intresting that on pg 49 the oldman compared hisself to the fish saying " I wonder if he has any plans or if he is just as desperate as I am?" So does the fish represnt something else? Idk just found it intresting hope we get into that a little more.

I also found this interesting that Hemingway said, " I wonder if he has any plans or if he is just as desperate as I am?" I think the fish represents greater ideas for the people thats going to read his book to understand Hemingway better as a writer.
