Alone at Old Age Empty Alone at Old Age

Post  Andrew L Mon Dec 10, 2012 8:38 pm

On page 48, the second paragraph the old man talks about how at his age he should not be alone. And that he has to stay strong. This could be inferred to his writing career because no one has stood by him or any of his works that he has made, which has caused him to feel alone. But it could also be a suicide note, stating that he feels lonely at his age and that he is in a time that he needs people most to be by him.
