I Know That I said the little boy coukd be in referrence to his wife now im thinking he could be hemingwat's son or brother. He states quite a fews times how he wishes the boy was with him. Either they are to close or he is a pervert. I believe that little boy is someone important to hemingway because of the way they look out for each other
